How do I register?

You MUST register online. Online registration is available until race start.

Can I pick up a packet for a friend of family member?

Should participants pick up their packets early?

YES, please plan to pick up your packet early.

Am I guaranteed a race shirt?

Shirt sizes online will be available as long as inventory is remaining for each individual shirt size. Please plan to register early to guarantee you are able to choose the shirt size that you prefer. As specific sizes sell out online you may still be able to select a shirt in a different size until all shirts are sold out.

Will I be able to change my shirt size?

You will be allowed to exchange for a different size as long as there is remaining inventory in the size you would prefer. Once a size is sold out we will no longer be able to exchange for that particular size.

How can I get a race shirt if I do not want to participate?

You may register as a participant to receive a race shirt and goody bag. You do not have to compete if you do not wish to do so. You may pick up your shirt and bag at the early packet pick up.

How do I make sure I get an official time at the event?

Your timing chip will be on the back of your racing number bib. Participants must where their number on the FRONT of their outer most garment. Participants must wear a race number bib to get an official time and be included in the results.

Where is the race located?

Oxford YMCA, 703 N. Lamar, Oxford, MS 38655

What time does the race start?

10k - 7:30 am
5k - 7:45 am
Kids Fun Run - 9:00 am

Is there a time limit for the races?

No, there is not a time limit for the either race.

Can I walk and not run?

Yes, you may walk either event. You will receive a bib and time just like everyone else.

Where is the race start?

Both races will begin on N. Lamar ave adjacent to the Oxford YMCA.

What if it is raining/snowing on race morning?

The race will happen rain, snow or shine

When should I arrive?

Most runners plan to arrive at an event 1 hour prior to race start time. If you have not picked up your packet at a packet pick up, please arrive at least 1 hour in advance of race start.

How long will it take to find a place to park?

Parking at YMCA Closes at 6:15am and is VERY LIMITED. Please plan to park at Oxford High School and ride the shuttle to the race site. Please arrive early to allow ample time to board a shuttle to the race site.
